We often work with design agencies who do not have in-house staff capable of taking on the build requirements for larger website projects.

Frecosse Website Design are happy to send members of our team to work for you on projects, when you need skills that you don't have the required skills in your own organisation.

This is a win-win way of working as it means you don't need to hire someone, normally at great expense, with the required skills just to pitch for jobs. We'll happily wear your company's hat, work with a company e-mail address etc, and even base ourselves in your office for the duration of the project.

And of course, every member of our team, has a proven track record for delivering on promises, on budget, and on time.

We're happy to attend initial meetings, free of charge, as this will help save on expenses later in the project. We then usually work one-to-one with a nominated member of your team, to ensure that all required information, designs, assets etc are delivered to us on time, and agreed milestones are met.

Each member of our team has fast broadband access, video conferencing software etc to help ensure that you are always in touch throughout the project.

Since August 2009, we have provided Merchant Soul with on-going development support for their online projects, and previously offered similar support to Voltage Creative between 2005 and 2007 before they established their own in-house online development team.

Support Costs

Our costs depend on the type of work and the length of the project, but as a quick guide, we'll normally charge £650 per day for one of our team to work alongside yours. Please note this day-rate excludes accommodation/travel expenses.

For bigger projects, we'll always provide a project cost, rather than day-rate cost, which will be more cost-effective for you.

We also offer a call-off support service, where we will agree a set number of hours of support per month, across all of our services, and then only raise an invoice for any additional hours over this. Please note that unused call-off hours are still charged on a monthly basis.

Our online call-off management system allows you to raise requests, and rest assured that the staff designated to work on the job will be alerted at any time.
